Return Policy Overview
At ADLAB PHARMA, we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This comprehensive policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and respect your data in compliance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data protection.
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact
- All items must be unused and in resalable condition
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories
- Return shipping costs are covered by customer unless due to company error

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive email confirmation once processed.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of wrong item shipped or defective products.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if returned items show signs of use or are not in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened pharmaceutical products and medications
- Personalized or custom-made items specifically manufactured for you
- Temperature-sensitive products where cold chain integrity cannot be verified
- Products without original packaging, labels, or documentation
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized distributors
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
